DC-9/MD-80 First Officers. Due to continued growth and fleet expansion Everts Air Cargo has openings for Anchorage, Alaska based DC-9 and MD-80 First Officers with good flying skills and a strong work ethic. Pilots who qualify as a 121 PIC (121.436) with large jet experience will be trained and checked as a PIC and will be considered for a quick upgrade based on performance.

Everts Air Cargo was formed in 1995 as a 121 Certificated Cargo Airline. Everts Air Cargo is headquartered in Fairbanks where it serves as the primary base for maintenance, administration and charter operations. Everts provides scheduled freight service to 12 major hubs in Alaska. The majority of the flights originate from the Anchorage Base.

Current and qualified (<24 months) in a 121 operation starts you at 5th year pay.

Full guarantee starts on Day 1 of Basic Indoc

Housing provided during training

Full benefits including Medical/Vision/Dental/401k

CASS Carrier with full jumpseat privileges.

Known Crewmember or KCM Program

Schedule is 18 days on and 10 days off during a 28-day bid period.

With few exceptions, pilots are home every evening with their families.

Qualifications:

First Officer: 2000 hours total time, 500 MEL, 500 Jet or Turboprop.

Requirements:

FAA ATP Written or ATP, First Class Medical, U.S. Citizen, U.S. Passport, Restricted Radio Telephone Operator Permit. Must be able to lift and move 70 lbs.
